Coordinator of Response to Intervention
The Coordinator of Response to Intervention (RtI) collaborates under the auspices of the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction in the planning, creation and implementation of a district-wide RtI plan. The coordinator is responsible for the management and planning of appropriate interventions, resources and strategies for all disciplines within the content areas that are aligned with the New York State Education Department’s Response to Intervention mandate. Through professional development she works jointly with administrators and staff in order to provide support of diverse learning and differentiated instruction.
